Hi,
Please give me the link or the file for the datasheet of ic chips
ISD2516 AND ISD2520, I have these chips , but don't have the data sheet.
could not find through google. please help. Thanks.

here is the datasheet of the isd25xx chips
xx is 60 or more in this datasheet, but it is the time of recordings in seconds

so your 2516 should be the same for 16 seconds, or 20 sec the isd2520

hope this helps.
