Hello,

In the attachment, you will find the 12 data bits which is to be sent from pic18f4580 to a stepper motor controller that is tmc 239. From what we already knew, one user-defined register of pic18f4580 has only 8 bits. Do i need 2 register which have total 16 bits to send these 12 bits or is there any alternative to this??? Or roughly what is the best method to send these serial data bits???

thx
