DATA TRANSFER FROM GPS THROUGH MOBILE PHONE

gps through mobile

hi friends,

i want to connect my GARMIN GPS with my nokia 3350
to send the cordinates collected by GPS through sms of data tranfer mode

can u suggest any method for the4 transfer or to convert my mobile as gsm modem.

here's a few links dependant on how you need it to work

search the forum for sms their has been many discussions and part code
dependant on using either a pic or AVR , explain more on your idea may help. their are many combinations that work and some that will not
depending on the phone

using a nokia 33xx you will probably need to use fbus instead of AT Commands as they do not have inbuilt modems change to a nokia 6210 / 6310 then you can use GPRS & AT COMMANDS and text mode SMS
