Data converters SNR Calculation

Hi all,

Can anyone provide me the methodology for Delta Sigma ADC/DAC SNR measurement in simulation?
I used SD Toolbox from Mathwork, but i didn't get the true answers. i'd like to measure SNR for some DC input signals. would you please help me to know the principle of SNR measurement from the time-domain signal to calculate it myself?
