What I mean to say is that your request is rather vague. The following satisfies your description, and no doubt is not what you had in mind.

rl -c 1 dictionary.txt

But we don't read minds, soooo.....

Also, this is hardly a digital design related question, so you may want to 1) make your question more precise and 2) post it somewhere related to software. You are probably better of with either a java forum or an android specific forum. The functionality of "take a word from a dictionary" is absolutely trivial, be it in shell script, java, c, python or whatever you use. It is all the fluff that surrounds it that will be the real cost in terms of time. I am of course assuming that this is your first android app...
