I have two devices which have become unusable because the microSD card slots in them are damaged, I'm neither able to see any soldering on the back side to remove the damaged slot, nor able to find replacement parts on the net. I'm searching for microSD card slot replacement.

How would I replace the damaged microSD slots?

Hi,

a picture might be useful.

I assume the solder joints are under the metal cover of the microSD slot. Try to remove it and have a look.

The damage is not allowing the microSD cards to be locked into it, they are pushed out, there is no damage visible on the hood of the slot or under it.

If you want to replace it, you have to depopulate the slot by means of desoldering. According to your initial post you can not see any solder pads/joints. So I would try to remove the top metal/hood. I assume the solder pads are underneath.
