can i use the DB25 cable for 50V/1amp signal ?
I am currently using thinner individual wires with no issues.

thanks

Although, DB25 is not designed for power supplies, but yes, you can use it for the given rated value, considering the wire will be thick enough (~1mm dia) and not too long. I guess you are trying to run some motors???

yes the wires will be short , I am not running motors but rather will be driving string of LEDS .

regards
