What is the function of a D-flipflop, whose inverted outputs are connected to its input?

output no conected

It will produce a clock half of the input clock. Edge will depend on the initial input you will give to the input "D", 0 or 1

flip flop toggle

Divides the clock frequency by 2

d flip-flop with inverting output

It will acts as T Filp Flp with input 1. It toggles the output for every clock pulse. It will also acts as a frequency divider(f/2) circuit .

d flip flop frequency divider

yes it acts as toggle flip flop i use D FF 413B as toggle FF same way
