current steering D/A converter

Hellow everyone.

I don't know how to design switch in D/A converter. In the case of high speed, high resolusion, switch size is bigger than LSB switch. So output impedence of current cell is small. I think this situation is big problem in the performance of D/A converter.

Pleas help me.
