Current source circuit with independently regulated current value & temp coefficient

Hello!

Can somebody suggest to me a current source circuit (cmos or bjt, bicmos) wich has feature of independent regulation of current value and temp coefficient of the current?

Current source

Look for a IPTAT current mirror in any good Analog Design book, for instance in Boyce-Baker's CMOS Circuit, Design, Layout and SImulation...

Re: Current source

how about trying a constant gm current source. theoritically it is independent of temp variation and power supply variations.

:!::D

Re: Current source

It is not possible to set up independently particular current value and current drift for constant Gm current source. Because they are dependent on each other.

Current source

What's your requirement? Independent on regulation of current value? How about trying to generate a current source with Vbg/R. R can be an external resistor for accurate.

Re: Current source

Thanks for reply. I've got answer.

Re: Current source

PTAT+CTAT current will produce the small temp coefficient current source, but the corner variation is difficult to dealt with except for using external resistor
