Does any one has the current loop circuit (0-20mA or 4-20mA)?
I need to convert the voltage into current to transmit the signal for long distance
Thanks

circuit for a loop current 0-20ma

Have a look at the AM422. It is voltage to 4-20mA current converter..

design current loop circuit

hi,
Optimal council. If you want from a glance also to the AD694

voltage to current converter am422

The Texas Instruments (Burr Brown) XTR110 also works well.

Note that this device and the AD part can only work in 3 wire mode.

0-20ma current loop

do you need voltage signal to 0-20mA or 4-20mA to ?is 0-5V or 0-10v or 0-2.5V OK?pls check the link,i think you can find your answer:
but it needs a power supply, such as 24V/12V/15V.**broken link removed**
