Regulating current supplied / Current limitier

Hello,

I have an input voltage range of 0-1.8V

I need to design a circuit that at 0.9v The current is 300uA

but at 0 or 1.8V the current is 600uA

So basically

0 - 0.9 the current should decrease from 600uA to 300uA
0.9- 1.8V the current should increase from 300uA to 600uA

I tried to use using two current 'sources (mosfets)' each 300uA and pass transistor but I dont know if I am not biasing the pass transistors properly. because it didnt work

Any other idea or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hello my friend
You should use a twin current limiter . at first step , tell me , are you familiar with current limiter methods?

Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
I used a twin current limiter to solve it

Thanks again!!!
