CST solver stopped, Help!

Hello, I'm trying to simulate a fractal antenna by CST MWS V5, and after simulation it gives me:
"Maximum number of pulse widths simulated, solver stopped. Please note that the steady state energy criterion has not been reached".

Could someone give me some hints? I've uploaded bot my projects and the PDF
