cst simulatino s-parameter

i simulate transmission and reflection for a simple cubic 2.5mm.
Incident beam is parrarel and 5~12GHz.
i compare analytical calculation and cst s-parameter. transmission does not same.
i do not know why difference it occur. Is my cst file wrong?
plz, check my cst file.
