CST microwave studio simulation error

Hi,
i constructed a multilayer rectangular DRA, but unfortunately after the simulations i got 3 errors:
1.(The first mode at inhomogeneous port 1 is hybird.this could lead to an inaccurate energy balance.please check ur structure)
2.(24 mesh cells are represented in staircase mode and have been filled with PEC)
Can u help me please how to solve the errors ??

What is the version of CST do you use ?
In other words, you can set some options in the Transient Solver Menu...

I am using the 2009 suite and I am using waveguide ports to simulate surface waves along a structure.
anyone know how to overcome this/ what is causing this error?
