CST lumped components

Hello,

I am designing an antenna which has some lumped components like resistors. One of the resistors is connected between two strip lines. When I sweep the width of the strip lines, because size of the antenna changes, the resistor is not connected to the strip lines anymore and is somewhere even far from them. Is there any solution for it?
