I am trying to simulate a 2x2 array of helical antenna excited by 4 lumped ports

However, when I try to simulate after defining two symmetry planes, I get the error:
Some conductors could not be considered for port definition.
Missing port information. For some discrete faceports the mesh information is missing.

How do I solve this problem and speed up my simulation by using symmetry planes?
I understand that these helical structures are not actually symmetric, but is there way to speed up the simulation?

A variant of helical antenna with parasitic director ... will shrink by 30% length of the antenna..
