Crazey ideas about PCI & IR

How can i spy on a certain PCI card to see all the data (input or output) ??

Indeed i have a Tv-tuner card in my computer and it have IR remote control so i want to catch all the commands which the card recevied when i press any button in the remote control.....


So any ideas?????

I check your url ,it is so good for building an IR receiver from the scratch,but my idea that now i have tv tuner card PCI which already has it and i have a nice looking remote control has alot of buttons, so if i can using just software it will be a very great thing.....
