Couldn't set the LPC2138 device in Flash 2000 v2.2.3

Hello
I am unable to select the device in Flash 2000 V2.2.3 apllication software,
what coudl be a problem?

You're not able to select it from drop down device list or you're not able to read device ID ?

it is auto read device ID.
when access to bootloader mode.

you can see in picture and schematic.

1) Press Switch Reset and Switch Load (BSL) of LPC2138 Board for resetting MCU to run. Proceedings of Boot Loader are;
- Press Switch Load (BSL) for a while
- Press Switch Reset while still pressing Load Switch(BSL)
- Let Switch Reset while still pressing Switch Load (BSL)
- Lastly, let Switch Load (BSL) then click OK
2) Connect CPU and there’s detail of Port ID and Boot Loader as in the picture.
