Did you know any IC to reduce harmonics? In my circuit, current harmonics are very high and I want to use active harmonic filter.I searched the net and popular IC producter's website but all the systems are suitable for high voltage and wattage. But I'm working lower voltage.(My output wattage is 35Watt).

Active filters for voltage harmonics is one thing. Actively filtering
currents, especially high pulses, I don't have much optimism for.
Usually it's chokes and caps, close in, and minimizing the area of
current loops. Until you've convinced yourself that you have done
everything possible to eliminate emissions at the source, looking
for downstream patches I think is misplaced effort.
