Hello,
I am running HSPICE for a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), but met the convergence issue ("HB oscillator convergence failure") as follows.

"Warning: HB_WARN.3: Final HB residual value > HB_TOL.
Rank of HB Jacobian = 6039
HB convergence failure in non-autonomous HB.
Probe residual current = 6.69514e-12
5 outer loop iterations. "

My guess is that the simulation is stuck in the outer loop convergence. But my setting parameters are very close to the actual oscillation frequency and output voltage amplitude. Cannot figure out why. Does anyone have the idea of fixing it?

Thank you very much!
