Could anyone tell me where can I find the detailed schematic for RF power amplifer?

Hi,
I am trying to simulate RF power amplifier using Cadence. There is a guide file entitled "SpectreRF Workshop Power Amplifier Design Using SpectreRF MMSIM61". I want to follow the tutorial but the problem is that there is only block diagrams not detailed schematic.
Could anyone tell me where can I find the detailed schematic for RF power amplifer?

You could try Google "images display" with the keywords "RF Power Amp", and be overwhelmed!
Then... follow the images links to the websites that they originated from.
