corner analysis

Hi
when do corner analysis, i use the following two method,
1. load model files directly in ADE, and choose different sections ,FF/FS/SF/SS .
2. use the 'corner analysis' in tool menu.

And i find that the above two methods have very different results. same model file , same section, but they differ with each other too much to tolerate.
WHY !!
is the problem of the 'corner analysis' ?

Re: corner analysis

I think corner conditions also include the changing of temperature, power supply and load capacitances, not only the transistor models.
