core dump when running dracula in RedHat enterprise 3?

Hi sir,
I get a core dump file when I run dracula which attached in IC5.033 in RedHat enterprise 3. Do anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi Jerry Yau,

You can change your operation enviroment, hardware enviroment or the software

version to solve this problem.
 

Thanks for your reply. But it's horrible to change OS and hardware. The last way you mentioned is to change software version. Could you tell me how to do it?

You can just try new version or old version sofware to see whether you will get this problem again.
 

Yes, I get the same problem on IC5141.
 

Jerry,

Send your issue directly to the support of the tool. They would be happy to take your issue. Noramally you need provide the information they require such as the log files ( it would be great if the log file captures the stack trace).
