I hope this is the correct location about sources of materials...

I'm looking for someone selling Grounded Coplanar waveguide. Push comes to shove, I can order but a panel of transmission line cost slightly more than a few inches.
I would think there would be a site out there for us doing prototyping.
 

I'm no "RF guy" but I believe CPW design becomes sorta
unique per frequency, and materials play a lot in things
like loss@freq and so on. And the transitions at the ends
and so on.

But, if you knew the geometries and materials you wanted
for the frequency plan and performance qualities, could
you not just buy copper-clad-on-suitable-substrate, and
whip out the straight edge and X-acto knife? Or if you had
access to one of those benchtop PCB milling machines...
