Converting XC7300 .PLD file to .HEX

I am new to this so have a beginner question. I am starting with an existing Abel .ABL file for an older Xilinx chip - XC7354.

Using XACTStep 6 I synthesized it to a .PLD file.

But that is as far as I can get and my programmer needs an Intel MCS Hex file to program the chip.

How can I get a .HEX file from either of those files so that I can program the XC7354?
