volumetric flow rate to mass flow rate

Is it possible to convert volumetric flow rate(m3/h) to mass flow rate(kg/h) of a gas without measuring static pressure? If it's impossible how do I measure static pressure in the gas input(very large pipe more or less 2000mm diameter) of an IDF exaustor?

Thank you,

Fernando - PU2PLL
