Converting PADS-POWERPCB-V9.5-BASIC to Protel 99SE

I have the sample schematic and layout files from Linear Technologies that appears to be created by PADS-POWERPCB-V9.5-BASIC
I have Protel 99SE and Altium from 2010 but it appears to not be able to import this newer PADS V9.5version.
I've attached it and was wondering if someone had a newer version of Altium and could convert the schematic and pcb files for me?
Saving as a 4.0 sch and pcb seem to work for importing into the older Protel 99SE and probably my older Altium.
