convert the file (C.language) to hex file

Hi all
I want to make Frequency Meter from https://www.specs.de/users/danni/appl/soft/c51/frequenc/ But I cant convert the file (C.language) to hex file
Do yo have how convert in C language code.. Thanks for all help Thank in advance

You need a compiler. I assume from the url that it is c51/52 cpu. You can dl a 2k limited demp from the k*eil website. Select the cpu you are using and make sure the generate hex box is checked in setup. Then cut and paste the program into the editor, F7 to compile. You may get errors if you have not got the right header files etc. With a bit of luck you will end up with a hex file you can use with a programmer. Better if you could find out what the original editor/compiler prog was, and use that again.
