Convert SprintLayout *.spl *.lay files into Eagle

Hi.

I have a small project that was made in Sprint Layout (*.spl and *.lay files) but i'd like to make a small modification. I'am not familiar and I do not have sprint layout so i'd like to use Eagle.
Is it possible to convert it / import it into Eagle?
