conversion of pads 2007 to 2005

While converting an ascii file from pads 2007 to 2005 an error shows "problem detected during database conversion" and it shows the following report

"Tag" piece on layer Top near (0, 0) (Drawing name: 02-22441, Id: 296)
is not supported in the format you selected for export: unsupported object type.

can anyone help me to solve this issue?
