I wanted to control a stepper motor of high torque by a push button, such that whenever the push button is pressed it moves one step ( say 5 degree)
how to go for this?
I have a 24 dc supply

thanks in advance

Hi,

There are a lot of solutions.
What motor current do you need?

There are relatively simple solutions like the combination of L297 and L298.
And there are more sophisticated solutions with switch mode current control and microstepping.

A Google search will give a lot of hits with devices, descriptions, tutorials, videos and so on. Go through them.
