i hav made my first bot and want to make it wireless.i hav a PIC controller board for controlling motors and the bot is controlled frm a computer.
now for making wireless i hav 2 use some RF modules but i cannot afford it.so i was thinking of using FM modules because that is cheap.so is it possible 2 control bot frm a pc usin FM?can anyone help me with schematic or sumthin?????????
thanks for telling me that i shd use 1w.now can u help me in schematics and interfacing of that receiver and transmitter to bot and comp. respectively? and what sort of FM tx/rx will be required
on wich frequentzy you had in mind that you're bot to operate? The FCC rulez and regulation state that for civilian low power aplication you shall use 27 MHz or 40 MHz!
i can use RF modules because that is pretty costly and not available here in india too.so i gotta use FM TX/RX ......and unlving what if i use 40mhz.can u give me the schematics for how to interface those FM tx/rx to comp and bot for controlling my bot from pc.
and i will be using multichannel.......so how 2 go for it???????
Hi
Please post link where have preference rf401,rf2401....or send me a tecnical spefications (datasheet or application circurts) to pmnam2002@yahoo.com
Thank and regards
Buy a cheap RC car toy and remove the receiver board and attach it to your bot's motors and remove the transceiver board. With the transceiver board remove the joystick and add 2 diodes and 2 fast relays to each joystick port and connect the relays to the lpt port (attached 4 relay driver circuit)
Or you can construct a rc receiver (attached) and construct a two 1 way transceiver(attached)
