ı am using TCA785 for controller to make controlled rectifier. I got pulses at the output of the controller but there are some issues. My aim is to make full bridge controlled rectifier. I have implemented the circuit with pulse transformers but when ı connect transformers, my output pulse signals become like triangular wave. Morever, the signals reach minus values that shouldnt be. Any idea for this issue ? is this something wrong with pulse transformers ?

It's hard to guess from your post which exact problem you observe. A sketched waveform together with clear information how it's obtained could be helpful.

To mention a trivial point, the voltage across a transformer winding has zero voltage average by the transformers's nature. So if you want positive voltage, it must be followed by a negative half cycle.
