control and monitor of dc motors using database infomation

Good friends,
I want to control and monitor dc motors using database information system.
can any person help me with a circuit diagram, most importantly how to interfase the circuit with my computer, such that the pc can control the motors as well as an external push button.
I'm ready for any infomation needed.

u can use parallel port interfacing... the very simple one...

thanks ahmon_abilar for the idear, that's also my line of thought.
but i actually need some circuit diagrams.If you have don't some thig like this in the past or if you know i can get relevant materials please don't hesitate to help me.
I' using a 12v motor for the prototype.I'm monitoring the state (ON/OFF) of the motors. these motors will control from the PC and at a distant puch button station.
I egually want to monitor the tempreature ,current , vibration of the motor.this means i'm going to use an ADC, all these are my problems
