Hi,

Recently i bought two Wifi modules(ESP8266), With One module i communicated with PC by AT commands its works fine. After i used the second module Blue LED is in continuous ON also am getting Baud rate Error in ESP8266 Lualoader software.Kindly help me to solve the issue.

this is two to data available in rx pin of esp8266, blue led means data read by esp8266, my suggestion is
1. try proper baud rate
2. check for connection problem any pullups
3. try to update the firmware(if success your device is good need to check anyone of the above and if failed device gone)

add:
esp8266 doesn't have voltage protection so more than 3.3v will kill your device.

Hi,

I am Just using this six pins only Tx,Rx,Vcc,Gnd,CH_PD,BOOT.Here i attach the image how am connecting the module(ESP8266) to PC, its through max232 converter.

How am connected

https://obrazki.elektroda.pl/5345966500_1455270883.gif.

TTL side of MAX232 works at 4V and if you have connected 3.3V TTL Rx pin of ESP8266 to MAX232 5VTTL side then you have already damaged the ESPxxxx module.

Sorry am not using MAX232, am using MAX3232 with 3.3V power supply.
