is it necessary to connect high value input resistance for instrumentation amplifier ?or its internally available?

The term "instrumentation amp" implies that both input terminals are very high input resistance nodes (internally).

thanks man....even though is it necessary to connect resistance at the ip of op amp?we are giving emmiter of transistor to ip of instrumentation amplifier mcp604..and amplifying this voltage..so should i connect 10k to ip of IA?
