Connection W5500 and RJ45 Socket with POE

Hello! I want to make a device powered by POE. It will use the microcontroller and the Wiznet W5500 chip. But I do not have any experience with Ethernet. Tell me, did I make the diagram correctly, and where do I need to connect the selected contact?
