Connecting DDR with 2 series ressitors

Hello
I am a new to board design and i need to connect to ddr memory's from what i seen when i should place a small resistor between dat?tanda lines of one ddr to another can u help me understand why?

Hi,

Your question is not clear to understand. could you explain clearly.The series should place only on Address and control signals only.
 

Why are u putting two series resistors?pls share ur interface for better understanding..
