Connect disconnect to 3G modem from within application

Hi

I am using ZTE MF667 3G modem with windows 8.1 tablet.
My application connects to the 3G modem to get some RSSI and location information
I need to stop the default operator application which runs automatically when I plug the 3G modem. and to control connection and disconnection from my application.
MY application is C#
How I can do this?

I think you can't delete default operator application settings. But you can change the settings according to your GSM operator. Api code, port etc. But every time you uninstall the soft and again insert it , it will take the default. You have to change the settings again.
