Confusion in calculation antenna power

I have this question which says:

A circularly polarized receiving antenna with a loss resistance of 4 Ω was connected to a lossless 50 Ω transmission line. The total input resistance of the antenna was 64 Ω and its maximum gain was 24 dBi. A linearly polarized wave was incident upon the antenna with a power density of 4 W/m2 at 3 GHz. Find :
1.The available power at the end of the transmission line
2.The received power by the antenna (before the transmission line)

I know that [Power (received) = W (power density) * Effective Area] and [Effective Area = (wavelength) ^2 / 4pi * Gain] but I don't know if this power is before entering the transmission line or after it. Should I multiply it by the reflection efficiency or divide by it to get the other requirement?
