Configuring PROM from PFGA via PC

Hello!

I have following problem!
I want from my PC configure PROM from family XC18Vxx (Xillinx),
but not with JTAG cable! I want configure PROM from FPGA! PC is connected to FPGA with serial or parallel cable! Between FPGA1 (connected to PC) and FPGA2 (connected to PROM) I have only two wires that's the reason that I can't configure PROM directly from PC!

I hope that somebody have any solution or source for my problem!

You Can Use J DRIVE, By Connecting Your PROM JTAG Pins To The FPGA I/OS.
Then Use Its Processor To Run J Drive To Configure The PROM.
