The device I'm working with is roughly the same as this device: http://www.ebay.com/itm/For-Samsung...359010?hash=item2c9d76a362:g:8TcAAOSwjVVVlmcL

Basically a cell phone charger that can be powered from either 120V MAINS or 12V from an automobile. The device will be sold in the USA initially and then possibly in Europe.

I have LISN networks (5 and 50uH), SA etc to perform pre-compliance tests.

The old CISPR 25 (1995) standard refers to various classes (1-5), it's not clear to me which class is applicable?

Starting with the 12Vdc version what limits are applicable?

Same thing for the MAINS powered version, what limits are applicable?
