Concepts of memory

Hi,

What is the max Bandwidth that is possible with memoy technologies like SDRAM, DDR?

Basically how we arrive at the same?

What is the worst case latency in these devices?

Is there any good stuff to regarding DDR SDRAM?

Also I want to know SI issues affecting the same, which limits teh frequency of operation, in turn the bandwidth.

Thanks,
sita
