Component which can generate PWM

Is anyone who know any component which can generate PWM.I wand to give 3 PWM signals and generate 6 PWM signals.Component must be as small as possible

What do you mean by 'I wand to give 3 PWM signals and generate 6 PWM signals'?

Are you varying 3 variables for 6 PWM outputs? Also, what are frequency and resolution requirements?

I use a pic which generated 3 PWM and those 3 PWM will conect to the component.i want this component to generate 6 pwm with 10 bits resolution at about 4 KHZ
