Thanks for the repy , sadly it is not , we think it could be a n-channel mosfet , after asking also gpt .
Anything else .installed in an esp.
 
chatgpt-o3 finds it can be a NCV427 x automotive LDO regulators from onsemi
Suggest to compare datasheet marking diagrams which qualifies the guess as KI bullshit.

I won't expect Onsemi to use duplicated part markings. Post #2 exactly matches the shown photo. We are still waiting for an explanation why it can't be the identified Schottky diode. I'd accept: No continuity between pin 1 and pin3.
 
thanks , it is for an old mercedes for a freind , who assume at the moment not to pay 300usd for a little component change for few dollars , i wait a response from him , thank a lot guys
