Dose anybody can give me a complete current mirror circuit, including biasing circuit and matching circuit, which works at 2.4ghz?

Do you want it to generate a current at 2.4GHz, or is it to generate the bias required for a 2.4GHz device?
 

I want a complete current mirror circuit that can amplify the current at 2.4Ghz.
 

What's the relationship between the current and frequency?
