I want a complete course of pcb design a I want to master this area. Iam using eagle for pcb design
 

Hi,

Complete means:
* standard one layer to 20 layer, high speed, RF impedance controlled, single ended, differential, power, flex, rigid, metal core, BGA, high density, buried vias, microvias, precision analog, high voltage, high current, low cost, thermal design .... and maybe hundred other details...and it will not be complete..

I don't even recommend to learn every single detail.

So you mean when I apply for a job ,all these details won't be required at the interview?

No. What I mean is: you can't get a complete course and you can't learn everything in detail.

I'm not even sure that there are courses in basic PCB layout available.

Generally what you can get is application specific, how to use that application courses.
