n well doping vs n+ source/drain doping
Hai Everyone ,
Here is a small question for you :
In CMOS fabrication , we have n type source/drain for NMOS & N-well for PMOS. Among these whose doping concentaration is high ,i.e. either Nwell or N+ source/drain. and why ?
