Hello every body,can somebody please help me on programming a pic16f876a or 16f877A and then make an ON/OFF clap Switch?

In programming I use CCS C compiler.

The Mic which receive signal is connected to an LM324 before entering in the PIC and then the PIC has to compare before it takes decision.

Please help
