Comparator programming with pic16f877a or PIC16F876A

Hello every body,can somebody please help me on programming a pic16f876a or 16f877A and then make an ON/OFF clap Switch?

In programming I use CCS C compiler.

The Mic which receive signal is connected to an LM324 before entering in the PIC and then the PIC has to compare before it takes decision.

Please check with fixed ref & variable DC input if it work then go to actually application circuitry
